Courier terms

These terms apply between Fairloco Oy and an independent courier who sells deliveries on the Fairloco marketplace. You run your own business with a business ID. You set your own price, choose your vehicle and decide when you are online.

Version

Version 1 for the Kallio pilot. You accept a specific version during sign-up, and we tell you before a new version takes effect.

Your rights

  • You are an independent business, not an employee.
  • You set your own delivery price. Fairloco does not suggest or change it.
  • You go online and offline whenever you want.
  • You can skip any offer without consequences.
  • Your location is shared only while you are online.
  • There are no ratings, scores or targets for couriers.

Payments

  • The customer buys the delivery directly from you at your price.
  • Payouts go to your own IBAN at any SEPA bank. You do not need a Stripe or Revolut account.
  • Changing the payout IBAN needs a fresh sign-in check, and payouts wait 72 hours after a change.

Your responsibilities

  • You are 18 or older and have a business ID. You handle your own taxes.
  • You choose your vehicle: on foot, bicycle, e-bike, kick scooter, moped, motorcycle, car or van.
  • You deliver the food as handed over and follow the customer's handover choice.

Automatic decisions

Activation follows published rules. Every automatic decision shows its reason, and you can ask a person to review it.
